Not Pastey

This is Whole Foods' 365 brand of vegan tomatoe soap. It's "liquidy", not pastey. I haven't had soup this good since I worked in fine dining! That may be stretching it a bit… but it's still really good. :)

Lunch

…and dinner for the next seven weeks (Nativity Fast): romain, radicchio, onions, baby tomatoes, mushrooms, sliced almonds and Drew’s Greek Olive salad dressing (a balsamic vinaigrette of some sort). Those chip-like items in the background are pita chips… a guilty pleasure!
