Are "Tums" considered a food group...

How about motrin?

I wish like h-e-double hockey sticks that my stomach and my back didn’t absorb my stress like they do.  I guess it’s better than feeling it in my chest.

It’s been just over 24 hours since the shoe dropped.  We’ve cried, laughed, eaten (Ok…and drank…but just a little) things that weren’t too good for us.  There’s been quite a bit of prayer also, stolen mostly, in between taking care of children, work and sundry family obligations.

Well…how else do you get through something like this except to keep stepping, one foot in front of the other, praying as you go and trying to keep life at least close to normal for the little ones. Jim and I both feel like the direction of our lives changed in the space of a nanosecond.  We don’t know exactly where we’re going or what we’ll be doing once we get there…but we keep moving because to stop, well…I don’t think it’s a good thing to think about.

Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes.  They are very much appreciated…more than you know.  I’ll update here, of course.  And, let you know if I ever figure out that gravy thing…

God bless!
